The sweary trailer gives off strong Wasteland 3 vibes, which is certainly a good thing.

The original games were known for being hardcore turn-based tactics titles in the mold of XCOM. It's changed studios several times since then, finally landing with publisher Nordic Games, which became THQ Nordic. Jagged Alliance 3 was first announced way back in 2004 when Russian studio MiST Land South was supposed to develop the game. A new gameplay trailer has been released to show off what's in store.
